3. Product Delivery

If you use PayPal electronic checks (PayPal e-Check), the processing of your order may take a few days.

4. Payment and Renewal.
General Terms.
By selecting a product or service, you agree to pay GPL Stage the one-time and/or monthly or annual subscription fees indicated (additional payment terms may be included in other communications). Subscription payments will be charged on a pre-pay basis on the day you sign up for an Upgrade and will cover the use of that service for a monthly or annual subscription period as indicated. Payments are not refundable.
Automatic Renewal.
We don’t automatically renew any plan. You have to renew the plan manually.
5. Refund Policy
We consider a refund within 14 days of purchase on a case-by-case basis and do not offer unconditional refunds. Due to the increasing fraud in the industry (purchasing a product and then requesting a refund to get the product for free), we only grant refunds in certain specific cases. Fair play and conduct
Your use of GPL Stage including the content and the items must comply with our policies from time to time including any fair use policy. Being a Subscriber/Member is not an automatic right, it is a benefit for those who follow our reasonable rules. We hope that you will be with us for a long time. But we may be using reasonable discretion, to decide whether or not your use of GPL Stage complies with these terms. We can suspend or terminate your subscription account at any time for any reason (acting reasonably of course) including:
- if you breach these terms;
- if you act in a way that does not align with the values of our community; or
- if you act in a way that could cause us or others harm.
If we do decide to permanently terminate your GPL Stage account you must not apply for a new account as unfortunately, you will no longer be welcome.
No refunds will be provided to customers who have their accounts terminated. Examples of reasons for termination may include:
- Abusive behavior and/or excessive negativity towards our staff and/or other customers;
- Repeated defamatory, malicious, and/or false statements including slander against us, and/or attempts to persuade potential customers away from purchasing our products;
- Promoting competitor products, contributing to software piracy, hacking, spamming, or other illegal acts;
- Attempting to circumvent our fair use policy (see below).
Fair Use Policy
We operate a fair use of download policy. GPL Stage is for real individual people to use, using their real details. It is NOT for other ‘GPL’ websites to use for the purpose of adding to their stock. This is expressly forbidden and will lead to immediate account termination. No refunds will be provided.
Membership and/or Price Changes

GPL Stage doesn’t offer any technical support for any product on our website and only offers manual updates for 1 year from the date of purchase. if you want premium technical support and automatic updates, we highly recommend you purchase the product from the main developer.
